In the company factory the main production processes are :

Research on fabrics, study and execution of design and personalization,

Coning ( cone preparation), Warping ( preparation for weaving), Storage of yarn and filaments for warping and welf, Weaving,

Ispection of grey, bleached and or colored cloth and laboratory control, Cutting, Sewing and confection of the goods, Packing, Labelling, Storage and

expediting.

Only dyeing and finishing are done by carefully selected off-site companies which are highly specialized in each field of each finishing

process requested for every single Totex’s product.
